The absolute best thing about this book is the beautiful pictures. They are gorgeous! A beautifully written book to be consumed in small doses Random stories and poems about birds. ..with pretty pictures. I don't have much of an attention span for the poems, but there are some pretty interesting folklore concerning birds in here, and just little anecdotes, and it's fascinating to see how birds have played a role in the collective human subconscious...Can you tell I like birds?...
