More About The Margaret Fulton Cookbook
This book is my cooking reference book. It's got everything in it and great explanations on cuisine, ingredients etc. I just love flicking through it and learning more about food and cooking The influence of this book which transformed Australian eating in the 1960s cannot be overestimated. Remarkable book for its (what we'd call now) multi-cultural authenticity in the face of White Australia. Lately it's been revised, but it scarcely needs it.
