The cover makes it look like it is some sort of feng shui book, ie., if you change the way the desks are you will improve the flow. This is not the case. It is more about managing people, which I enjoyed. Use Lean principles in your office in a pragmatic way. My husband's book, so while I cannot say I am totally objective, I still think it's a complete and upbeat guide to those who wish to remove waste - all kinds - from their office environment.
