I made it roughly halfway through. Too much disconnect and the writing was sub-par. I tried to power through because of the premise but there was no saving this book from the awfulness that it is.I don't rate what I don't finish. I found this to be a sweet story, that was reasonably paced, and for a refreshing change the characters were interesting, and most of all believable.I particularly liked the way the servants' were written, and there was a very nice scene towards the end when they subdued Baron Eberly.The only piece that I didn't find satisfactory was... Five stars!!!I love this story, if I could I would give it ten stars! I love how the characters find love in one another. I also loved the double mystery.
