I had to use the 7th edition, so maybe the 8th is better somehow, but I wound up mostly making copies from other textbooks to give my students. One upside, it had essays by Tobias Wolff and... Textbook for an ENG COMP class. Great articles. Decent Exercises. Another book for one of my writing classes.
