More About Ultimate Fantastic Four, Volume 5: Crossover
Thank GOODNESS they didn't continue the art used in the fourth TPB collection. The art here is absolutely gorgeous in comparison. Plot-wise, okay, these aren't the most ground-breaking stories ever, but I am a sucker for anything involving other Marvel characters and here you get both the Sub-Mariner AND a whole universe worth of zombie... I liked some of the stuff in this book. The Marvel Zombies universe bit was suitably zombieish and creepy, and the discovery of Namor was a lot of fun for how he messed with Reed. But the art... oh god, the art. I cannot get past how often the characters, especially female characters, look like blow-up dolls, or just plain unsettling....
